About ginTronic
ginTronic started more than ten years ago among friends, long conversations, and the occasional gin & tonic.
The name stayed, even as our lives and priorities changed.
Before building hardware, we spent many years creating interactive systems in other forms — from mobile games to a single premium game release. That time shaped how we think about tools: interfaces should feel natural, focused, and rewarding over long-term use.
Music has always been at the center of what we do. We grew up playing in bands, performing live, and working with sound on stage and in studios. Some of us still make music professionally today. This perspective strongly influences how we design instruments — they need to be direct, reliable, and made to be played.
The name transparentSea comes from an early idea of building a fully transparent device. While that proved impractical, the principle remained. For us, transparency means clarity in design, function, and intention.
Today, ginTronic builds small-batch hardware with care, curiosity, and a long-term commitment to quality.
Side Note
Before focusing on hardware, we spent several years developing games. Our last release was the premium game Fireball Wizard, which is available across all major platforms, including Apple App Store, Google Play, Steam, and Nintendo Switch.
It was a small, carefully crafted project and an important learning experience in building focused, long-lasting interactive systems.
