What is the founders edition?
The Founders Edition refers to units from the first production run.
Founders Edition units do not differ functionally, technically, or qualitatively from later production units. They may include minor, non-functional visual markings on the device and additional printed materials.
The designation “Founders Edition” does not grant any special rights or benefits beyond those stated at the time of purchase.
Standard warranty provisions and statutory consumer rights apply.
Is this a sound generator?
No. transparentSea processes incoming audio and does not generate sound on its own.
When will transparentSea ship?
All pre-ordered units are scheduled to ship approximately 10–12 weeks after the pre-order period ends.
Production begins immediately after the pre-order window closes.
Shipping dates are estimates and may vary due to production or logistics.
We will provide regular updates during production.
As part of our small-batch production process, units are generally produced and shipped in the order in which pre-orders are received.
This does not constitute a guaranteed delivery sequence.
Can I cancel my order?
You may cancel your pre-order for a full refund at any time before production begins.
Once production has started, cancellation may no longer be possible.
After delivery, the statutory 14-day right of withdrawal applies in accordance with EU consumer law.

Is there a warranty?
Yes. All units are covered by a 2-year warranty in accordance with applicable EU law.
This warranty applies in addition to statutory consumer rights, including rights related to defects and non-conformity.
Where do you ship to?
The first batch of devices sold on this site will ship only to the EU.
